    At La Rose Beauty, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our makeup and beauty tools, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect shade selection, or general dissatisfaction with a product once it has been opened or used.

    However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we’re here to help.

    Eligibility for Refunds or Replacements

    You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

    You received a faulty or damaged item

    Your order is incorrect or incomplete

    Your parcel was lost in transit (as confirmed by the courier)

    How to lodge a claim

    To start a refund or replacement request, please email us at taylahrosej@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include the following:

    Your order number

    Clear photos of the item and packaging (if damaged)

    A brief description of the issue

    We aim to respond within 2–3 business days and will advise the next steps.

    Important notes

    Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method.

    If a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

    We do not offer refunds or replacements if the product has been used, unless it is proven faulty.

    We reserve the right to decline a refund or replacement if the claim falls outside the above criteria.
