    Order processing:

    All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.

    Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss due to incorrect address information.

    Shipping Rates and Delivery estimates:

    We currently ship within Australia and offer standard and express shipping options:

    Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

    Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location. Free standard shipping may be available on orders over a set amount (see current promotions on our homepage or at checkout).

    International Shipping:

    We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing, please:

    Double-check the shipping address.

    Check with neighbours or building management.

    Contact the carrier with your tracking number.

    If your item arrives damaged, please email us at taylahrosej@gmai.com within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We'll assess and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

    Returns or exchange:

    Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.

    Delays & Force Majeure

    Occasionally, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. extreme weather, postal strikes, supply chain disruptions). We appreciate your patience and will always communicate transparently about delays if they arise.
